To every story there are 3 sides, yours, mine, and the truth. In photography, there are arguments that have lasted decades about what is true photography. Some say what the camera captures. But that will depend on the camera and film (or digital processor). Some say black and white, but our world is not black and white. Now we have easy access to HDR or high dynamic range on digital cameras. This opens up even more arguments.
But are there really 3 sides? Each image below is split between sections of HDR, B&W, and SOOC (straight out of the camera). It is up to the viewer to decide their truth based on what they see with their eyes. You will find representations of each style in my galleries, mostly depending on what I am trying to get the viewer to focus on or just my particular mood when I was editing the photo. My hope is that all viewers will find something they like and can relate to.
